She received her degree in Electronic Engineering from the ETH in Zurich in 1983.
She worked for several years as a software developer at AGIE, Losone, designing human-machine interfaces.
In 1996 she received a teacher's diploma and taught mathematics at the secondary school for five years.
She joined Lifeware in January 2002 to work on the Back Office Activities Automation.
