After receiving his masters degree in business administration from Frankfurt University (Germany), Oliver worked for many years as an insurance manager for international industrial clients at Gradman & Holler and Marsh.

In 1996 he founded his own traditional insurance broker business. In 1997 he co-founded InsuranceCity, one of the successful online insurance-brokers in Germany. As member of the executive board, Oliver was in charge of customer services, product development and product management.

He joined Lifeware in January 2003 as Chief Operating officer for the Frankfurt branch. He is now managing director of Lifeware Germany.
